Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link on WhatsApp or email.

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• You will receive an order confirmation on WhatsApp or email after placing your order.
• Once dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you.
• Delivery timelines may vary slightly during sale periods or public holidays.

3. Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC depending on your location.

Our packaging is secure and discreet — your jewellery is bubble-wrapped and boxed to arrive in perfect condition.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available across most pin codes in India.
• COD orders may take 1 additional business day to process.
• If COD is not available at your pin code, you will be notified at checkout.

5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email.
• You can track your order directly on the courier partner's website.
• If you haven't received a tracking update within 48 hours of ordering, please contact us.

6. Lost or Missing Shipments

• If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery status update.
• We will raise an investigation with the courier partner on your behalf.
• Claims reported after 7 days of the delivery update cannot be processed.
• Shine Like U is not responsible for packages lost after a confirmed delivery scan.
